Google Talk on Nokia 770 Internet TabletThe Nokia 770 internet tablet is a new project from Nokia that was announced last year which is Nokias first mobile gadget that is not a cell phone. This is simply a handheld device built for surfing the internet on the move taking advantage of the growth in WiFi access. The latest announcement regarding the Nokia 770 internet tablet is that it will come preloaded with Google Talk allowing online communication by instant messaging or VoIP communication. One of the reasons the Nokia 770 and similar devices have failed to take off is because of the lack of communication features compared to a standard cell phone. The introduction of Google Talk into the Nokia 770 hopes to overcome this. The Nokia 770 is built on a Linux operating system and has a price of $360 US, although there is speculation the price may change with the new update. |
