Samsung SGH-T219 | T-Mobile entry level flip phone

T-Mobile unveiled today its new entry level cell phone - the Samsung SGH-T219. The flip phone is intended for those who only need a basic cell phone and is a perfect gift for non-technical people. Going through the list of features for the Samsung SGH-T219 we find some interesting items.

This tri-band flip phone offers messaging functions (both MMS and SMS), a built-in speakerphone, voice memos and several organizing applications. The latter group includes an alarm clock, a calculator, a calendar and a task list.

Another important feature included by Samsung and T-Mobile in this flip phone is instant messaging. The Samsung flip phone supports the AIM, ICQ, MSN and Yahoo! instant messaging services.
