Cell Phone Porn Dominates Internet Searches

A recent study showed that cell phone porn was the most popular search subject for online internet surfing using a cell phone. Google found that sex related searches outnumber the next four highest searched categories put together.

Google argues that this sort of search behavior is normal for any new type of technology stating that in the early adoption of a new entertainment medium porn is the main use. A similar story was seen with the adoption of the internet, the cell phone porn craze is just a natural pattern of adoption of a new entertainment medium.

Another interesting fact from google is that people tend to take a very long time entering a search term into their cell phone compared to the normal PC keyboard taking about a minute to enter the term and get results.
